You can do that with blender and .SVG files! It's more for flat objects like the ones in my "drawing into 3D Model" video though (ruclips.net/video/jiZMDUC4fgw/видео.htmlsi=c0hD1wVMtnFwpVTG).
This was really cool to see, however you cannot normally take parts of commission work and resell them. Putting the stls into your patreon or using the script from the badge design on a cap would usually result in law suits and trouble. These artists might have been fine with it but, unless specifically allowed and licensed, it would normally be a no-go. Just wanted to let you know.
