    The black part on the spinning top's top is a magnet being attractive to the larger donut magnet at bottom while also being repelled from the larger donut magnet above.
    The spinning top is basically in the center of a magnetic field of both attraction and repulsion able to float like planets do.

    2 axially polarized magnets, create one large axially polarized magnet. Meaning in between them becomes a larger counter rotating electric current flow area.
    From the north pole to south pole the electric current spirals counterclockwise
