another issue i found was with when someone is shot and the blood splatter hits a door, the splatter will stay there but when you open the door it vanishes
Ah, haven't noticed that personally but it's a common one in games due to the door being a moving object

How do you update the mod ? Just drag and drop files into the mod folder and overwrite the previous files ?

Two things to note:
1. You made a blood mod and wanted to associate it with metal and managed to pick something from the LEAST gore oriented generic metal tracks you could find fast whith near zero psychoacoustic tonal connection to gore? XD I'll give you the benefit of the doubt to suspect you chose this because it is royalty-free. Although then how could it be on Spotify/Itunes?
2. Ugh now that you mentioned it I want a physics-based blood spill system!! :P
Two things to note:
1. He reviews and comments on gore in games (overhauled or not with mods). He doesn't make the mods and his feedback is to improve the mechanics.
2. He makes the background tracks himself. It's on his other channel.

Not just a song, an entire style of music!
Literally the first 10-15 years of that genre was about zombies, corpses, blood, mutilation, and gore. Not just in lyrics but in cover art too. And to fit sound to the theme, they were the most downtuned music for approx 20 years until proto Djent came around with like pseudo-post-death Meshuggah, sometimes tuning strings as low as B/H (depending on system), obviously avoiding focusing on Major scales, and using zombie-like growls as a separate vocal technique supposedly developed by Chris Barnes (that idiot) from the huge Florida scene. You literally don't even have to be an underground efficionado to know much of this, just had to see the old Ace Ventura movie!

Honestly, sprint wouldn't even be necessary for RoN... If you didn't have the base movement of a 75-year-old man.

Halo Halo 3 didn't need sprint either, why? Because it was designed that way. You can put your gun at low ready and use lighter armor vests and plates to make yourself faster but more vulnerable.

Yo, I think you should do a gore review on Evil West, It's laggy asf in quality mode on PS5 but you probably have a beast PC so you can run it. Please try it ;)

It basically uses the already existing mechanics. The artery thing aside, it should perform about the same as vanilla game

RDR 2 is the king in this aspect
