Eventually the lawyer (trying to take me back to an interrupted answer) said "pardon me if i appear stupid" then paused. Before he coyld continue I responded with "thats quite alright". Totally threw him off and he stopped soon afterwards. Even the judge covered his face as he couldn't help giggling.

Doctors think they’re special too. Absolutely agree the system is rigged. I actually received legal advice not to take a discrimination case against my doctor to court because I would lose… only reason Is that he’s a doctor and I’m a nobody. The merits of the case are irrelevant.
I certainly hope you ask them for the abn number of the registered company they work for and them let them know that you did not contract with them. Pause before you speak, they’re not that smart. They’re a bunch of bullies who intimidate. Coming from someone who is 14 years and still going bs the state. You fight for what you believe In and remember it takes a few precedent cases to change things for the future and as uncomfortable as it is what you are doing is honourable.
I think the most important thing to know is that you are doing God's work and so you will win no matter how it ends. We might not see the whole picture, but if we follow what is in our heart, the outcome is always for everybody's good.

When giving evidence just be who you are and answer the asked question as best you can. The only thing you can choose are the exact words you use . The pressure you feel is purposeful. Mon, youre so lucky to have both parents still alive. Im sorry theyre both crook. My parents ran themselves ragged for us kids. Sometimes its hard not to blame myself for their sacrifices. I told my cop contact afterward i would NEVER stand up again because it was that gruelling. Even the whole process of repeatedly being called up then dismissed and losing work. I asked to not speak to him because of the way he’s treated me in the past, so he brings out this evil non-person who refuses to talk about the actual privacy issue but would rather throw any personal slur he can at me And I’ve just had my integrity questioned in a big way by a man that was meant to be my doctor. He hasn’t said it but I know he thinks I made up a story about being threatened, on my own property, my my neighbour with a history of violence. So I could claim terrible anxiety and gain access to benzodiazepines (anxiety meds). I wish it was just a made up story. What the neighbour did to me plus the subsequent disbelief from the doctor has literally bedridden me. And I live alone so no it’s near impossible to even to do the basics to take care of myself. Having your integrity questioned is absolutely the worst feeling. I’m glad you are strong and taking it on the chin
