I've had my GSP1101 for a few months now, as soon as I got it, I upgraded the firmware to vc63 and it totally slays! I have a high gain Engl e530, Randall RG100, Peacy 6505 and 5150 patches as well as others I'm working on..

Do you utilize the expression pedal to regulate the delay? For example, EP in toe position for full delay - heel position for no or less delay.
Question: in the heel position (No delay) is the delay feedback cut abruptly, or does the 1101 allow it fade to out naturally? My 2101 used to let it fade out naturally - GOOD!
Recently I tried a G Major 2 - it would cut the delay feedback - Not Good!
Since my 2101 used to allow this, I'm very interested in the 1101. Thanks for any response.

I don't own one, but as I understand it, you can add a "spillover" effect so the delay would trail off softly as you want or finish the delay when you switch presets.

Are these factory presets or ones you made up? Are recording direct from the processor or micing a cab?

@AHMADF93 In front of the processor you can see the floorboard, which pulls up all of your presents, and can also be used in stomp mode to turn on and off effects.

This unit sounds awesome, no wonder Dave Mustaine used it for his live rig. There are many quality videos showcasing the highgain tones and versatile sounds of this rack.This video does no justice to the GSP1101.Fortunately digitech doesn't need to rely on this video otherwise there would be no sales...

Anass el hantiri Mustaine only used the effects, not the modeling. He uses marshall preamps.

krelbar He ditched his Marshall jmp1 preamp a long time ago in favor of Rocktron prophesy. Actually today he has an Axe fx coupled with a Marshall EL34 100/100 power amp. But i believe that he goes through various heads for recording purposes, i have seen multiple heads in his studio: a Marshall
JVM, Bogner Uberschall, Mesa rec, a JCM800, a Diezel vh4 and EVH 5150 III

This box sounds totally different through a guitar amp. This demo sounds like somebody threw a blanket over a 6" speaker. It doesn't do it justice.

This demo doesn't do justice to the gsp1101. I use a marshall 9100 poweramp with 1960b cabinet and this sounds great... not as tinny sounding as this clip, much more bass and more dynamic.
