- Philadelphia police say a man was shot after crashing his car into a parked vehicle in the city's Strawberry Mansion section.
It happened just after 9 p.m. Wednesday on the 2500 block of 29th Street near Cumberland Street.
Police say a 53-year-old woman, who owns the car that was damaged, confronted the 62-year-old driver and shot him twice in the leg. #philadelphia

Do Pennsylvanians know if you are at-fault of a collision you caused, the vehicle owner and/or insurance will come after YOU for the cost of the damages AND if you dont pay........PENNDOT will SUSPEND your driver's license UNTIL its paid?
So what there are folks out here with a suspended license or no license at all and there still behind the wheel of car
PA doesn’t take care of victims- “no fault” insurance and many are grossly underinsured or not insured at all. My mom was blinded in a car accident with a drunk driver. We got $5000 from him and judge Karen shreeves-Johns gave no jail time and was out right hostile to our family when the ADA asked for the max punishment. We have collected about $700 of the $50k in restitution.
