How to replace rail pressure sensor for VW Crafter 2 5TDI

Welcome to my channel. In this short video im going to show you how to replace common rail pressure sensor on Vw Crafter 2.5TDI. The sensor is at the back of the rail. To remove the sensor , use a 27mm spanner. Please subscribe and share video.

Just loosen one pipe from the common rail , pressure will drop

Sorry one last question. I absolutely cannot get that black plastic cable box to slide off like you did at 1m29secs. Is there a trick?? Driving me crazy

Oh that one, just use a flat screw driver to push the locking clip then slide it out

At the back towards the sensor there is a locking clip that you have to press then slide the box out
