    Thanks for the great, informative videos Jessica, I always appreciate them. However, please don't "time travel" us back to October 2020 (at the 1:12 mark), as that was right in the middle of the pandemic! 😋
    (Just thought you'd like to know in case you want to make a correction.) Other than that, another great video! 👍

      Hi jivinjimbo. Thanks for the catch. We had former client Tony B text this morning with that note as well. We are glad you guys are watching so closely.

      Hello again jivinjimbo. This is Jessica's favorite "verbal typo" with 2020 where she means 2022.

    Menifee opened an Olive Garen, Outback Steakhouse, and Bushfire Kitchen. I have lived in Menifee for 23 years and remember when they had sheep to eat the green near the 215. I am really enjoying our growth.

      Haha, there are still some areas around where they have goats "clearing" some hills! Always fun to see. I've seen it in Murrieta recently. I'm loving all the new restaurants they are opening in Menifee. My fav lately for sandwiches is in Urbane in the Sprouts Market shopping center. Give it a try if you haven't yet! Thanks for the comment!

    Thank you for doing a video about Menifee. I agree with all your points. What I like about Menifee are all the parks. Menifee has 39 parks and another 3 coming soon. That new Costco in north Murrieta is great--all the convenience of a nearby Costco without the traffic congestion. One big con about Menifee are the private lakes. It would have been nice to have a public lake in Menifee to see the ducks.

      We moved here just before the new Costco opened. I love the new location! It’s pretty convenient to get to from Menifee. And so far I feel like getting gas there has been a lot quicker.

      My pleasure! I agree about the parks and we especially like to play pickle ball at La Ladera (although not as often as we would like!). A public lake like Harveston in Temecula would be great for Menifee. Thanks for the comment!

    Ahead of an I-215/Garbani interchange, there will be an over-crossing at Holland to help ease traffic at Newport.

    Bought a new construction in Menifee and moved in two months ago. Extremely happy with my purchase and my move to the city of Menifee. Highly recommend it. Yeah traffic is a con but we are getting used to it.

      Hi! I haven’t been into Lennar communities in a while and am not too up to speed on them because about a year ago they stopped cooperating with independent agents unfortunately. They’re the only builder in our area currently to do so. But let me know if you want any videos on any other communities 👍

    I've lived in Menifee a little over a year. Moved from San Diego to buy my first home. We wanted Temecula or Murrieta because of the schools, but didn't have any luck.
    I'm very happy with my location. I'm close to a lot of stores and the freeway. However, I can't wait for the new exit to be done. I heard it's already approved by the city. I think it will help with the traffic by the 215 and Newport.

    • @moving2murrieta
      @moving2murrieta  2 года назад

      Agreed! I hope they get the exit completed quickly. Congrats on owning your very first home. There is no better feeling 😊

    We've been enjoying Menifee so far. I knew this moving here, but so far to me the biggest con has been interesting dining options. A lot of the older local restaurants are a little stale, and most of the newer ones are chains. Temecula and Murrieta definitely blow Menifee away in that department. Hopefully in the coming years Menifee can attract some new original dining options. Traffic might not be that bad to some folks depending where they're coming from. Compared to NJ it's tolerable - and the drivers are way less aggressive.

    • @moving2murrieta
      @moving2murrieta  2 года назад

      Hi Brad! I agree on the food options. Menifee could definitely use some more family owned restaurants especially. They have the chains covered.
      I also agree about the drivers and traffic. I think drivers are actually pretty courteous here and willing to let cars in, etc:) Thanks for the comment!

    • @RyanSaldana
      @RyanSaldana Год назад

      It’s chains for the most part around here. Should change as we grow.

    Haven't moved yet. Question; Does it get hotter there than San Diego or let's say East County, La mesa by Mt. Helix? Are there properties for sale on 1/2 acre lots? That's what I have now and I'm interested in a large lot and quiet area. Basically my home has gone up in value, I bought it 7 years ago. It has actually doubled. I want to buy a house and bank the profits.

    • @moving2murrieta
      @moving2murrieta  Год назад +1

      Hi! I know it gets pretty hot in east county. Can you be more specific about how hot it gets down there? Yes, there are 1/2 acre lots but the average lot size is about 7,000-8,000. Lots of folks are cashing out their homes in more expensive areas and paying cash for homes on our area. Especially if those more expensive areas are experiencing issues with crime, increasing homeless and/or poor preforming schools.

    Question, i want to move to menifee senior area i'm 65 yrs old, my daughter will temporarily move in with me. Can i bring her with a doctors note as caregiver, do they check?

    • @moving2murrieta
      @moving2murrieta  9 месяцев назад

      Hi @TerryArangure-we8vj. Apologies we missed this comment. Our general answer is that it will vary on the rules of the senior community that you might consider. Most seem to have rules for temporary family member stays but not permanent occupancy.

      We've lived in Murrieta since 2009 and really like it here! Murrieta is a perfect location for me with work because it's central to Menifee and Temecula where I work the most often. Would love to get into golf if I had the time. We go to the driving range on Washington sometimes! Thanks for the comment.

    We’ve been in Menifee for a few months now & I’d agree with all of this! In retrospect I’m really glad we ended up closer to the freeway because Newport really can be pretty rough depending on the time of day. Overall though it isn’t the worst, but we did come from San Diego city traffic.
    I’m really curious about the theater too. I’ve heard different rumors but nothing definitive.

    • @moving2murrieta
      @moving2murrieta  2 года назад

      Hi Melissa! Thanks for the comment. There are some good side roads to cut around Newport especially on the west side if needed:) I prefer to have good freeway access as well because I'm always on the road! lol Let's keep each other posted on the movie theater.

    I hope they stop building in Murrieta and Temecula its creating light pollution + other annoying stuff

      Hi! New construction building is definitely pretty minimal in Murrieta and Temecula currently. Also, there is not a whole lot of land left. There is more available land it seems in Murrieta, but I'm not aware of any new housing projects coming... Thanks for the comment!

    • @RyanSaldana

      In Murrieta - there’s the Murrieta Hills project at Keller west of the I-215. Also the southeast corner of Clinton Keith and Whitewood is supposed to be getting condos and apartments. Southeast corner of Whitewood and Lee is getting apartments too.
