I use my cold plunge twice a day sometimes three times a day every day
I am curious, why more than 1x/day? I have done that before but it certainly not the norm for me. The times I have done it multiple times were very rare
@@awakemyoutdoorsoul I do it multiple times a day because I have metal titanium rods that extend from my neck to my tailbone and multiple ice baths helps me to get some sleep at night.
