On RHD Citroen C4's, the passenger temperature control servo is not the easiest to get to as one of the screws is hidden behind the panel for the centre console. It is doable but req a bit of downward & outward tugging on the plastic to gain access. On the DRIVERS SIDE... Remove the panel that has the alarm and light adjust switches to be able to remove the panel under the steering wheel. Also, the only driver required is a Torx T20.

Cel mai probabil este aceeasi problema ca si cea care se vede in video meu. Codul setului de reparatie este 1607044080 si gasesti acest kit la magazinele de piese auto.

Salut. Am inlocuit si pe partea stanga ( pasagerului ) rotile acelea si am setat ca in video pana la urma a mers. Acele canale ale rotii erau tocite si nu mai misca clapeta. Nu mai intra aer rece din cauza asta, decat aer cald ca asa era ramasa clapeta pe aer cald. Multumesc frumos.

Am și eu o problema cu klima am un C4 din 2008 pe partea dreaptă nu mi mai răcește, intră doar cald...partea stângă funcționează normal A/C ce piese trebuiesc schimbată și de unde pot fi achiziționate. Eu loc în DE. Ms pt ajutor. Inca ceva...am umplut rezervorul de AdBlu și pe bord îmi apare mesaj că rezervorul este gol, îmi poți da o sugestie cu ce a și putea face. Ms mult
@@AdrianDragan sunt foarte sigur. Am fost la mecanic....am desfăcut torpedoul, toate motoarele funtioneaza...care poate fi cauza? Dreapta intra numai cald, stânga funcționează normal.
Motoarele se vad funcționând dar sunt niște pinioane care transmit mișcarea spre clapete, daca au dinți rupți nu mai transmit mișcarea. Cauta pe ebay sau în magazinele de piese auto codul din denumirea clipului.

Salutare. Am vorbit si ieri in mesageria Facebook. In primul rand verifica sa ai o teava rece si una calda atuci cand aerul conditiona este cuplat. Verifica apoi cele doua motorase de amestec aer (cald - rece) daca se invart atunci cand schimbi temperatura de pe panoul de control. Pe stanga ai un motoras si pe dreapta un alt motoras, pentru situatia in care poti sa schimbi temperatura independent pe fiecare parte. Demonteaza motorasele si regleaza clapetele manual astfel in cat sa vezi daca se schimba temperatura aerului de pe gurile de ventilatie, evident ca trebuie sa faci aceasta proba cu motorul pornit si AC cuplat. Dev asemenea o diagnoza cu un tester dedicat te poate ajuta daca ai altceva defect, sa spunem modulul de confort sau altceva pe parte electrica. Hi guys, this is a long shot but I don't know Romanian (I think it is Romanian, haha). On my Citroen C4, 2006 (1.6) I can change everything on the controls but the air that comes out is sitll hot. Yesterday I drove over 2 hours in 25 degrees C and I couldn't get cold air. Would this fix maybe help for that? I know it can be other things as well. Thx.
Hello. As far as I know, this kit is also compatible with your car, but I do not guarantee that you will solve the problem. It would be best to ask a Citroen dealer about your car problem.

@@AdrianDragan Hello. I see it's because the plastic wheels is damaged between the servomotor and the white plastic selector so that's why I have sometimes air on feet when I select full windshield air etc.... right? Thank you a lot !
i got a peugeot 307.my air climate went to shit. and when i tried to replace it, its like a whole day work.u have to strip whole car and even then nothing fits u have to band shit .nightmare.after paying 250€ it worked for 1 week ://.i wont even talk about back lights at this cars and electronics. never again do i buy peugeot

Salut Adrian. Detin si eu un peugeot 307 2006 si am probleme cu climatizarea. Am dat pe butonul de dezaburire parbriz si dupa 10 secunde s-a oprit motorasul total, nu mai functiona pe nici o treapta. Dupa aproximativ o saptamana a repornit fara sa intervin cu nimic. Apoi după alte cateva zile s-a oprit iarasi. Unde ar putea fi problema?

I have this problem on a late 2008 C4 Grand Picasso, a clunking from the heater box on start up, and occasional cold/hot but no opportunity to adjust the drivers side (lhd) but working on passenger side.. The issue though on investigating it after removing passenger side panels is that it does not look remotely the same inside as the video shown here, and the drivers side panels under the steering wheel absolutely refuse to come out... Before i resort to heavier tactics, can someone tell me if the later C4 Grand Picasso can be fixed using the advertised repair kit OE Ref number :1607044080 ???

Adrian I have a right hand drive version of 307cc the left side is where the glove box is obviously, my question is I cannot get the repair kit to fit as there is a water pipe and electrical connections, the plastic carrier supplied simply does not fit and will not aligne with the the cog and fixing screws I'm stumped? I have a UK RH drive C4Picasso so the glove box is on the left hand side - so will the servo motors and levers you have shown now be on the left side. My problem is the left side is hot and the right side cold with no heat too windscreen - so which side of the car are the sevo motors/levers I need to check...joe

Hi, Air conditioning control has nothing to do with seat heating. Probably the lower heating of that seat is due to an interrupted resistance in the seat.
@@AdrianDragan heating in seat is good but my problem with heater blower gives minimum heat (littlr bit cold hair) on one side and driver side is good.

Așa se schimba acele grile cu probleme des întâlnite la Peugeot ? La 407 este asemănătoare asezarea sau trebuie sa se dea tot bordul jos ? Ca așa am văzut pe net ca au scris mai mulți. Eu am o problema la 407 ca vara imi baga aer caldut si iarna nu f caldut :)
Nu stiu exact cum este la 407, desi cred ca ar trebui sa fie o posibilitate asemenatoare de a ajunge la aceste servomotoare nu neaparat sa dai tot bordul jos.
Salut. De unde ai cumparat kitul de reparatie, casa mama Citroen sau orice magazin de piese import-export si cat te-a costat? Eu am un C5 din 2003 si m-am saturat sa mi se blocheze temperatura pe cald mai ales in timpul veri chiar pe partea stanga a soferului....
Peter Hunter Salut! Eu lucrez la un magazin de piese auto. Am acum in stoc acest set de reparatie dar nu cred ca se potriveste pentru C5. Eventual poti sa-mi trimiti seria de caroserie pe adresa de e-mail magazin @ cormar.ro si sa verific daca se gaseste kit pentru C5 2003.
Thanks for this walk through. 30 minutes and I have managed to temporally fix with a cable tie. I have a 6 hr journey in 30º heat with the vent stuck on the feet position. Thanks again.

Plus ca a rămas clapeta de recirculare aer blocată pe închis, nu mai trage are de afara și se aburesc geamurile.

tengo un 307 cc, ayer lo lleve al taller porque no echaba aire para el parabrisas y tenia ese mismo problema, estaba partida esa piesecita plastica.....

Adrian I have a right hand drive version of 307cc the left side is where the glove box is obviously, my question is I cannot get the repair kit to fit as there is a water pipe and electrical connections, the plastic carrier supplied simply does not fit and will not aligne with the the cog and fixing screws I'm stumped? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance 😊
I have a UK RH drive C4Picasso so the glove box is on the left hand side - so will the servo motors and levers you have shown now be on the left side.
My problem is the left side is hot and the right side cold with no heat too windscreen - so which side of the car are the sevo motors/levers I need to check...joe
i have the plastic part broken(white part , where el.motor sits). any advice on that ?

I have peugeot 308 auto.driver side heating is good but passenger side heater is little doing heat...is this problem same with climate controler or other? Please reply me as soon as possible please

Air conditioning control has nothing to do with seat heating. Probably the lower heating of that seat is due to an interrupted resistance in the seat.
@@AdrianDragan heating in seat is good but my problem with heater blower gives minimum heat (littlr bit cold hair) on one side and driver side is good.

dupa ce te invata omul tu faci pe desteptul. eu unu era sa dau la electrician un pumn de bani. a zis ca e motorasul ars si nu e numai unul ci 4 si se da peste cap totul.lalele aiurea baiatul . noroc ca nu avem timp ca ma facea

right side (passenger side) again ordered a kit then left also blows hot, but got
same side (passenger side) and it does not fit = ( wonder where you can get to the left side. grateful for answers

I just replaced on the right side (passenger side). For the driver seems to be the same kit, just do not need to use all the pieces.

Așa se schimba acele grile cu probleme des întâlnite la Peugeot ? La 407 este asemănătoare asezarea sau trebuie sa se dea tot bordul jos ? Ca așa am văzut pe net ca au scris mai mulți. Eu am o problema la 407 ca vara imi baga aer caldut si iarna nu f caldut :)
Nu stiu exact cum este la 407, desi cred ca ar trebui sa fie o posibilitate asemenatoare de a ajunge la aceste servomotoare nu neaparat sa dai tot bordul jos.
¿Alguien sabe si para el 308 se utiliza la misma pieza? Supongo que será lo mismo pero...

Salut. De unde ai cumparat kitul de reparatie, casa mama Citroen sau orice magazin de piese import-export si cat te-a costat? Eu am un C5 din 2003 si m-am saturat sa mi se blocheze temperatura pe cald mai ales in timpul veri chiar pe partea stanga a soferului....

Eu lucrez la un magazin de piese auto. Am acum in stoc acest set de reparatie dar nu cred ca se potriveste pentru C5. Eventual poti sa-mi trimiti seria de caroserie pe adresa de e-mail magazin @ cormar.ro si sa verific daca se gaseste kit pentru C5 2003.
Thanks for this walk through. 30 minutes and I have managed to temporally fix with a cable tie. I have a 6 hr journey in 30º heat with the vent stuck on the feet position. Thanks again.
