Yes he is. There is another judge, he is great to. He has another way to help people. If u steal he makes u hold a sign up 8 hours a day saying, I don't work I rather steal from hard working people. That's the way to do it instead of sending them to jail.

What I truly love about the judge is that he always ends with “You have beautiful children/wife/...” after letting them go. Just to remind them not to make the same mistake again if not your sake, then for theirs. Truly a great man.
