    Me too! I’ve been working on my physique. It started by having discipline over the holidays by eating healthy. I’ve cleaned up my diet - btw stay off peanut butter!! I’ve changed my activities to loose body weight and now I’m focusing on visceral fat which is around organs - totally changed diet part of phase 2 of my transformation. I’ve added exercising to my weekly routine. Add green tea- high poly phenol diet - look it up! Cut calories especially sweets and carbohydrates. Eat right/clean add heart pounding activities. Burn calories and stored fat. The transformation will come. I’m even doing abdominal exercises to look leaner around the mid section - it’s working. My suits aren’t fitting the same. I’ve had to buy smaller fitting clothes. It’s a great feeling. Fast a little…more fluids….only eat when you’re actually hungry and reduce portion sizes. Again it will work. I use to wear men’s 34 pants. I just bought 3 pair of jeans size 30 and two pair of shorts for summer! You got this!!
