I loved how true you stayed to the original deign. That's what the term renovation mean. Too many builders, more or less "renovate" but its more like demo and rebuild. lol. I thoroughly enjoyed this!!!
I really love this! The build and the series. I don’t think I’ve seen any of the others, but I think this is a fantastic idea. Such a cool way to interact with your subs and we get to see how you would have done our builds. And I think it will help people learn techniques for when they do future builds cause they can see you “correct” their mistakes. Like I thought the front of the house looked pretty good to start, though I wasn’t a huge fan of the columns. But after you fixed the roof over the porch I realized how much nicer it looked to bring in the eaves and the way you used the platform and trim to cover the rest of the columns was so smart. I had never thought to do that, and it looks really nice! Please do more of these!
Hi! I know this isn’t a state build, but any chance you might do Virginia next? I’m moving all the way across the country to WA next month, but Virginia has been my home all my life, and I’m really gonna miss it! But anyway, this was a wonderful video! I especially love the different textures of siding you used- that’s something I need to do more of in my builds! Great job! ✨
I was just having the same conversation about carpet with my co-worker. hardwood is so much better. The amount of stains and bacteria that collect in a carpet versus a floor.🤢as a fellow pet owner I get it ! there's a reason everyone's pulling up carpets haha! even in sims they just don't look as nice
Beautiful build! My only issue, and this is a personal pet peeve of mine, is the "garage". It would be better, in my opinion, to simply do away with the garage facade and put a nice big window there. If you want to include a garage exterior, then use the space connecting as a garage-like space. Storage, makeshift at-home gym, hobbies spot, man cave. Otherwise, simply find another way to make that wall interesting on the exterior.
When I have moveobjects on, and I try to clutter tables and dressers, I have to put all of the walls down and move the table super far cause it’ll click into place if I don’t. It’s so difficult to do. Anyone have any tips? Gryphi had all of the walls up and could rotate perfectly. Do I need the Sims 3 camera on? Thanks ❤
Omg this was my build. You did an amazing job. I love it Thank you so much for doing my build.

I think your build was amazing in the beginning too! I always struggle with floor plans - especially with two floors.

This was super cute and realistic. Also, I had no idea toddler beds could be used with bunk beds-game changer! Thank you so much
