No, you're uneducated to the guy who said that about Shisui. Shisui was if I recall correctly poisoned by another shinobi. Shisui didn't have much time left and so he entrusted his mangekyo to Itachi and fell over a cliff to kill himself. Shisui tried his best before he died. He went out on his own terms
