Zane is more like Yugi (before the light of destruction arc and again in the 4th season) having respect for their opponents and their cards.
Manga does it better where Chazz is a rich prick but has way more skills and dignity. He even beats Jaden once, helps Jaden defeat Traegodia, and has Light And Darkness Dragon as a boss monster.

Of ALL the rivals to pair up with Jack, you had to choose Jun/Chazz... Should've paired Jun/Chazz as Kaiba's partner instead; at least, his WXYZ Dragon Cannon would have some use.
