@LIAN LI Why did you guys go with a one-piece front panel header only on your 205M Mesh? It wasn't even mentioned in the online manual yet surprised me when it arrived. No break-out adapter or anything. Couldn't even get ahold of customer support to ask if I was missing parts or not.
If the 205m Mesh doesn't have type C on the front IO, or straps for cable management in the back for cable management then its basically the same case as the 205m which is already outdated being years old now.

My LANCOOL 205 Non-Mesh is having a problem with the START BUTTON, and the same thing happened with my previous case (NZXT) The only case I used in the past that didn't have this common issue was the Cooler Master Storm Stryker, built like a TANK!
My 205M Mesh came with two 140 mm intake fans, behind the front mesh panel. Each has a 4-pin power/PWM connection as well as a 3-pin ARGB connection. If you don't want RGB lighting, simply leave the ARGB connection unplugged. The fans are reasonably quiet at low RPM but not silent.

@Lian LI PLS Stop that Rainbow Puke your Turing in to the bad Habits of Corsair (RGB & Bad Thermals) your best case is still the Lancool II Mesh. We need a Lian Li Lanncool III V2 With improvement in CPU GPU Performance and Closed Bottom Side Ventilation (Solid non mesh) to help airflow in that larger Case (Lian Li Lancool III) if you make to mutch mesh and holes in a larger case you can't direct Air good you need then 2000 3000rpm fan speed, but that's not the norm! Most people these days have the fans 1350 rpm max 1240 rpm /normal/Fans speed/ high Quality Radiator static pressure fans/ and if 40 bucks fans from Noctua can't handle it then year the case build is wrong. Yes, it's my first critic on the Lancool Cases, sadly. Even I own the Lancool II, I can't replace it with a bad Lancool III. V2 maybe Yes if it's better than Lancool II in Thermals.
I liked 215 more it has more potential for improvement. If you could add front panel magnetic locks, removeable psu shroud, Usb type C, power light sleep mode because it keeps blinking when I sleep pc, better quality fans because mine died within 6 months and distro plate space. I think that would make an awesome case.
Will not fit the D15. D15 is 165mm. Case max size is 160mm. I have the NH-U12A and it’s 159mm. Fits perfectly. GPU max length is 375mm. The longest 4090 out is the gigabyte aorus master version and it’s 358.5mm so I think you’ll be fine with any 4090 you have.

PLEASE make your cases out of aluminum again!!!! All your current cases are made from cheap & heavy steel. :( I want the Lian Li from pre-2016 to return. Remember when you made "brushed aluminum works of art"? Please get back to that.

That said, once the lighter weight of aluminum is factored into the equation, aluminum comes out on top with a superior strength-to-weight ratio. You are mistaken about quality. If you had ever used the older aluminum cases from Lian Li, then you would realize that their current cases are garbage in comparison.
@@TonyPombo I've used both current and old Lian Li cases they're my favorite to build into. Personally I like the steel because the old aluminum cases would often dent and beat up because I move around a lot, but I see where you're coming from to a degree considering Aluminum is a lot easier to cut and modify, with the lighter weight added in is wonderful but I'm looking for something that can survive a bit of a drop in case it were to happen.

There have always been many makers of nice steel cases, but Lian Li became a leader whilst making *only* aluminum cases. They were so successful that they dominated the aluminum case market. Now that they use steel, they are no longer any better than anyone else. They abandoned the premium case market. They _could_ make aluminum *and* steel cases, but they don't. They are just another run-of-the-mill case company coasting off their reputation, and that saddens me.
nothing special here at all start to make them modular. make a base case then let me pick what i/o plate i want and where i want to put it, top, top front, bottom front, side, also let me choose if i want fans or not moreover, make that modular case collapsible so it takes less space in shipping. if you can't figure these things out stop making cases

can you fit a radiator on the front of the 205m case? if it possible what is the size that you can fit in?
Just be aware there's clearance issues with larger coolers like the NH-D15 or as500 plus are too tall as max is 160mm
Can i buy a separate front dust filter somewhere? I got the case but there is no front filter, its just the mesh front.

The gpu compatibility with the mATX model is pretty lackluster, as well as the GPU airflow, pretty sad to see that.

Recently built in one. No fan hub or anything, fans just daisy chain to each other.

V2 maybe Yes if it's better than Lancool II in Thermals.
Be careful with the glass...it's extremely brittle and there are no replacements for sale that I can find
