Funny story, it's STILL a problem today
Same issue on an AMD fx8350 and NVIDIA GTX 970, 24gb RAM and SSD drive :( Have tried many things including fresh install of win 10 and rolling back to previous NVIDIA drivers, but to no avail. I wonder if it's AMD related?

I think this fix only 3200+ mhz RAM with i5/i7 8600. PUBG work very good with high mhz RAM
