I love your work. I will be trying to make some of things you have been showing with my everlast stick welder. I hope they turn out as well as the ones you used mig on.
The settings on my Welder won’t help you, even if we’re welding using the same exact welder. Each person Welding will travel at a different speed, and therefore the settings change. Use the chart inside your Welder to give you the beginning parameters of where to set it up for the thickness of the material you have The type of metal and your gas and then adjust from there making one small adjustment at a time until you dial it in for your specific welding style.🫶🏻☺️
I've made a few crosses with horse shoes,i sent you a friend request on fb,the only other way you could see them is look on Blackpool buy and sell,or Poulton buy sell & swap on facebook, you would not believe how many cuts are involved.
I spotted a few of these horseshoe crosses and some artsy-craftsy things made from railroad spikes at the local Flea-O-Rama. I guess everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon.
Barbie, in my area we have a lot of horse people, and they will buy anything horse related. Since we're also in the "Bible Belt", putting a "Jesus" sign at the establishment apparently increases sales as well. The only "original" metal art I saw at Fleaville was a "cow" made from a propane cylinder and a shovel head.
I have 3 buckets of used horseshoes and I'm teaching 2 kids to weld, so I appreciate the ideas.
Awesome!! have you seen my book about horseshoe art? There are 30 horseshoe welding projects in the book.
and they are fish !!! Fantastic !!!
Awesome
Lovely smile and some cool projects!
Zoran Bilbiloski thank you! I'm glad you like the projects! Thank you for taking the time to watch my video!💙👩🏭
You make very nice crafts. I will try to emulate your skill with my everlast welder sometime. Cheers.

+Am Scout Thank you! Happy welding!🔥💙👩🏭
Looks great! I made one about a year ago and I also use the same rustoleum finish lol
Thanks
love it
I kept having to shield my eyes when you struck an arc, welder habits die hard. 😁
M Morrison I do that when I watch welding videos!😂💙👩🏭
your videos are very informative. I'll come weld for ya . 😁
Can ya please tell what settings to have on your welder? I'm trying to teach myself how to use my might welder.

Sandblasting the shoes to remove the mill scale makes them easier to work with and finish.
Your right but the sandblasting turns the steel white and I’m not a fan of that finish. Wire wheel gives it a patina I adore.
Can you use stick? Or would wire be better
I’ve got zero stick welding experience so I can’t tell you whether it would work for this or not. Sorry.
Nice done. The horseshoecross is on my to do list now. What angle do you cut out? ( degrees). Greetings from The Netherlands

union welder?
how do you weld horse shoes made of cast iron?
Cast iron filler rod, it’s a thing, check out the website for cobra torch.
How do I know how much to sell the cross I make for I don’t want to give it away cheap by the way I pick up your book good job
Check out my video How To Price Your Art!💙👩🏭
use an angle grinder to cut the shoes?
peeling drag tv yes, and angle grinder with a cut off wheel.
Where is the best place to get the horse shoes
E Bay but read the descriptions carefully since some require a lot of prep work before you can use them.

+ColKorn1965 Usually when artists start making art they copy until they can find their own niche. It’s flattering really!
