Pretty much if it involved fire, got hot, or could hurt you or someone else, it wasn't allowed. Microwaves were allowed, but you had to walk and get a plastic fork or spoon to eat with.

I tried making the pancake mug cake tho the flour stayed at the bottom of the cup after 5 minutes of mixing I think it’ll be better to but oil or butter to make it not stick
What’s with people disappearing in this video? lol Her brother showed up for the intro and first mug, then disappeared for half the video without reason. Then he returned out of nowhere for 1 mug, then left again to go to class until the end of the video. Not sure why he decided to even be in the video haha. Then JP ate that cake mug, then something fell out of his mouth and he ran away and never came back for the rest of the video lol. The story telling in this video is so intriguing! I hope they do a part 2 😋
