I’m having our wedding reception at Canoe in two weeks! We had the same concerns with the ceremony space, so we’re having it elsewhere. I also bought my dress from Revolve (Shona Joy)

Purchased my wedding dress from Avenue 22! Definitely recommend going there ☺️The SA that helped me find my dress was so sweet and patient during the process. I ended up going back to purchase my dress from them because of her service in comparison to other dress stores I went to. They also let you take photos or videos of yourself in the wedding dresses which is super helpful if you’re not ready to purchase your dress that day. A lot of other bridal boutiques have strict policies against that.

For wedding dresses, I’m thinking about just finding a midi white dress so I don’t have to drag it around with me and carry it with me when I’m dancing. 😭 Ugh! So much to think about!

Btw I had planned my wedding before covid and I also had visited the 2nd venue you show med in the video. You can try to look for golf club / winery for the venue. Most of them have amazing view for outdoor ceremony and golf club’s pricing is very affordable too!

I’m engaged and have been trying to find my dress as well. Like you I don’t want to spend a crazy amount on a dress. I definitely think it’s possible to find an amazing dress in our budget. I’m not familiar with Toronto but another option is to go to a sample sell or a store that only sells samples. The only bad part about that is you’d have to get ut altered but you can usually get dresses quicker and cheaper that way!! Good luck on your dress search 💗💗
What about book and reserve your wedding ceremony and reception at a beautiful country club? You'll have best of both worlds, a really CHIC outdoor and indoor setting.
You should go to White Toronto! Way overpriced but it’s amazing just to try. They were really nice to me even though they knew it was out of my budget and I had a great experience.
