  • We take a break from the dusty old amps to show off a NEW 7 watt amp that is rather cool.

Wonderful line of amps. I had the 15 watt, and it was great, but actually way too loud for my needs. I'll probably get the 007 which I dig. What I like most about the Bassbreaker series is they do their own thing. They have a great tube texture tone that's warm and never harsh. I find a lot of Marshalls on the harsh, brittle side. The Bassbreakers don't have that issue.

Did you got one? I have as well a 15 one but its way too loud for home use. Wondering how this one will be

Really appreciate the in depth info. I have a Blues Junior Ltd Tweed (how many versions?!) and a Boss BD-2 pedal, so I reckon I'm good as far as quiet overdrive, plus I get cleans.. was curious about these little things though. Thanks for the upload.

Reverb on this would have sold twice as many, for the price of this amp and a good reverb pedal you might as well buy the 15...I did.

Does the BB15 produce a good overdriven tone at LOW volume? Agree, the BB007 should have reverb (who plays without reverb or delay?). My inexpensive Fender Super Champ XD has a decent Fender digital reverb.

It can get a good OD at bedroom levels but has too much hiss on the high gain so I like the middle position crunch for my playing stlye.@@SaxJockey

@@markkosa1 Noticed that a lot of players prefer the middle setting. I am looking at the BB15 because I recently bought a Fender Mustang Micro (Headphone Amp) and think the BB15 amp model is great. Fender say it's modelled on the BB15 High Gain setting; fortunately there is no problem with hiss from the headphone amp.

How loud is he? Home friendly? I have the 15w version but can’t use it at home, way to loud. Wondering if this would do the job.

They're great for the money, especially in the used market, but not my favorite low watt amp. Nothing wrong with it, just not my choice.

That's not what these are, he doesn't do demos for any of the amps in this review series. That's fine.... how good is the sounds gonna be for most people listening on their phones etc

the description did not say a demo.. it said a talk. There are plenty of videos of these amps being played, these videos are to tell people about the technical aspects.

@@GarysGuitarsUSAjust to say, amp demos that are all or mostly playing are pointless. The sound is so dependent on so many things that it's a waste of time and boring too - watching someone noodle around for ten minutes is dull as anything.
What I care about is exactly what you've done - a thorough explanation of the features and your opinion/thoughts of it. Keep it up!
