No, just do the god damn recipe and cooking. I always cringe when i think about these kind of so called artisans placing there camers everywhere to take those shots, get a life.
Great stuff! I wish you a lot of happiness and success in your new place! I have been following your for a while and have learned a ton from you! Thanks for the work you're doing! Here is a video idea, take it or leave it of course, you're the BOSS! The idea would be to create a video that explains how to cook pizza in a home oven, the settings for convection, or no convection, which rack to use, which temperature, maybe a section on reheating. That kind of thing. I find that to be a difficult element to master.
Welcome back! So glad you had a safe move and are happy and settled in. I just made your other Detroit pizzas in the past few days. I can't wait to try this. It sounds scrumptious! Jake is a beautiful boy! Best to you all!
wow. I've been watching a bit of your videos. They say copying is the greatest form of flattery, and brother...I'm about to flatter you. You are fantastic. Really seem to understand the dough and the product. Your eye for detail is fantastic and you know your process. Great Great channel. you should have 40M subscribers in no time. Your product and production is superb. thank you for sharing
Welcome home 😊. Now this Detroit pizza I will definitely make, it’s all about the bread and that pepperoni in the double layer dough is everything….welcome back !!!
Congrats on your new place! Your so lucky to be in St. Pete. Tropical paradise. So happy to see your back. Love the idea of pepperoni in the dough. Tried your Steak Pizza Tacos last week, AWESOME! Husband loved it to. Wasnt sure how the dough would seperate after being cooked. Worked just like you showed. Can't wait to try this one, hopefully Wednesday. Thanks so much!
Heyy! Congrats! Greetings from Hungary, Europe! I really love how you fusion pizza e mortazza with detroit style pizza! Well done my friend! It inspires so much!
That's phenomenal! I actually tried this before but failed miserably 😅 (I tried to do this without par baking and it seems the ingredients flattened the bottom layer like pancake). I attempted to do a detroit style fugazzeta, it's an argentinian pizza loaded with ham and cheese and topped with onion. You should try it! This friday I'm going to try again, but following your method.
Finalmente un nuovo video, era da un po' che s'aspettava... Sempre belle creazioni! Spero vi troviate bene nella nuova casa e grazie per il "momento" italiano con la specificazione sul Parmigiano 😂
Glad you like DSP! I grew up a few miles north of the original Buddy's and just south of Loui's, who has claimed the crown of the best DSP in Michigan. :) It's the best pizza ever!
Very educative. I just learnt that if I want a focaccia with some topping, in USA I shall ask for a "Detroit style pizza". If you ever make it to Italy, we can make it too. It's just called something else.
Hi, New subscriber from Australia here! Been trying to find this Style of pizza, I used to get it 30 years ago at a little Italian restaurant in laverton, Victoria, Australia - except that they would use herbs in the middle. Yummy! Will try your style although I need to substitute pepperoni for ham as I cannot eat it spicy foods. In relation to scissors - they have traditionally been using them to cut pizza in Rome I read a little while ago so let your inner Roman out and snip away!!! I LOVE the dog!! What breed is it? Give the gorgeous pooch a pat for me please🥰 boofy
Another recipe to try is on the “Just One Bite Please” site..and also Brian Lagerstrom's site as well..all great recipes! Laminating the dough and an overnight biga are fantastic..
Pep’s in the dough 🤯 and I thought I was a genius for adding pep’s around the edge of the pan for a frico. That’s a delicious looking Detroit style lasagna 🤤
200 pizza vids and this is the First Double Dekka, How Many more Before A Tripple Dekka. Nice But I Would Like to Try Doin One Like That Thick But Not Split the DOH and Have Peperoni Undernath and On TOP Lightly Cooked First then put The Peperoni sauce cheese underneath Then DOH and then TOP It With PCT I Think Your Just The Man That Could Do It.
What pepperoni do you use? I have yet to find a good one on my pizza journey. Also next time you’re in st Pete I recommend a taqueria called “Casita Taqueria” sooooo good
I’ve been in Detroit a loooonnng time….that looks delicious , and I haven’t been to EVERY pizza place in town , but I ain’t never seen no pie like that…….just sayin
And..did he title this “Definitive Detroit Pizza”?? No, but “Detroit STYLE MADNESS”..congrats on your complete lack of reading comprehension and willingness to look like a fool by boldly proclaiming your utter lack of awareness..
Hey guys thanks for sticking around! Hope you enjoy the new videos and the new setup! 👽
this looks amazing. is it possible to achieve this without the mixer? like a no-knead variation?
@milezerokitchen, your videos and recipes are a work of art! 🍕🎨 Makes me want to cook and eat everything. Thank you for the inspiration!

Gracias por volver!!! Increíbles tus recetas, ya las puse en práctica! Sobre todo la pizza romana. Abrazo desde Argentina!
Congratulations on your new home! Now I know what I'm doing with my two left over dough balls in the fridge. The GOAT is back...

@@MileZeroKitchen ma scherzi, grazie a te!
That reminds me of a combination between a calzone and a Detroit style pizza. Impressive!
Production quality on this video is another level.
Also I’m now hungry and it’s still an hour till lunch.
Love it! What flour do you use for all your dough? KA bread, KA ap, Caputo, something else? Awesome! Thanks
The legend returns
Thank you so much!
Gonna have to try putting pepperoni in my pizza dough some time.
Oh my lordy. Mad, bad and utterly wonderful!
that is heinously criminal my friend. I love it!
Man, you're killing me!
That looks AMAZING!
Off to the store!
Love watching your videos. Meant to ask, what size pan do you use for the Detroits? 8x10 or 10x14? Thanks for sharing!
Amazing, very creative and it looks and sounds delicious! ❤️🍕❤️🍕😎
Nice that you two have reappeared. The pizza looks fantastic. Hasta la vista de Berlin
Love the cinematography bro
Looks awsome, sounds awsome, great ❤
Insanely beautiful videos! You are recharging me with pizza making again. Just when I’m trying to reduce my carbs! Grrr.

First of all, glad to have you back, paesan. Recon you got new equipment. Looking forward your next videos, still enjoying ye old
Looks awesome, thanks a lot 😍😍 How would you work the dough, if you did not used mixer? How would recipe change?
Would be the exact same. Just take a bit longer to knead.
Yum, thanks for sharing. I'm inspired. It's like hamburger pizza. Awesome.

If you ever make it to Italy, we can make it too. It's just called something else.
Torno in Italia ogni anno. Sono di Roma
If I did this without the mixer, like in a no-knead way, what changes would I make?
Good to know you're back 🍕✌️
New subscriber here. Your videos are amazing and wonderful.
Cut the pizza the way you like.
Ah yes following in the footsteps of alvins cooking vids with that silent aesthetic, very nice.
Love your channel.
- Stephen from Germany
Thank you Stephen!
Yummmmbo! This got my stomach churning, I'm going to make a version of this for sure, thank you!
Consider cooling it on a rack for 5-10 mins before cutting to prevent bottom from getting soggy.
