    All i had was 00 flour but prepared the same as yours. While rising i had to leave for a couple hours when i came back it doubled. Let it sit in fridge 24 hours. I ended up using it to make a napolitan type of pizza. It turned out great. Especially with the pep in the crust.

    Great stuff! I wish you a lot of happiness and success in your new place! I have been following your for a while and have learned a ton from you! Thanks for the work you're doing! Here is a video idea, take it or leave it of course, you're the BOSS! The idea would be to create a video that explains how to cook pizza in a home oven, the settings for convection, or no convection, which rack to use, which temperature, maybe a section on reheating. That kind of thing. I find that to be a difficult element to master.

    Glad you like DSP! I grew up a few miles north of the original Buddy's and just south of Loui's, who has claimed the crown of the best DSP in Michigan. :) It's the best pizza ever!

Tried your Steak Pizza Tacos last week, AWESOME! Husband loved it to. Wasnt sure how the dough would seperate after being cooked. Worked just like you showed.     That's phenomenal! I actually tried this before but failed miserably 😅 (I tried to do this without par baking and it seems the ingredients flattened the bottom layer like pancake). I attempted to do a detroit style fugazzeta, it's an argentinian pizza loaded with ham and cheese and topped with onion. You should try it! This friday I'm going to try again, but following your method.

    Hi, New subscriber from Australia here! Been trying to find this Style of pizza, I used to get it 30 years ago at a little Italian restaurant in laverton, Victoria, Australia - except that they would use herbs in the middle. Yummy! Will try your style although I need to substitute pepperoni for ham as I cannot eat it spicy foods. In relation to scissors - they have traditionally been using them to cut pizza in Rome I read a little while ago so let your inner Roman out and snip away!!! I LOVE the dog!! What breed is it? Give the gorgeous pooch a pat for me please🥰 boofy

    Very educative. I just learnt that if I want a focaccia with some topping, in USA I shall ask for a "Detroit style pizza".
    If you ever make it to Italy, we can make it too. It's just called something else.

    What pepperoni do you use? I have yet to find a good one on my pizza journey.
