Although this particular class isn't as popular in the US as, say, 1/10th scale touring or 1/8th scale off road buggy. As for price, it varies wildly. These LMP12 cars go for around $250 to $300 for the kit alone depending on make and model, and can cost up to $1000 to fully outfit. Entry level for hobby grade RC is a lot more reasonable, at around $200 to $300 for a decent entry level ready-to-run model with everything included.
