Once I've taken a vehicle in Coimbatore. We uploaded pictures before taking the car and after leaving the car also.
Two days later we were charged 5000 fee of which 4000 for damage and 1000 for cleaning. When was asked for pictures of the damage they failed to send them. From the pictures we have sent, the rear area near petrol open was not visible and they have stated that the damage is exactly on the blind spot in the picture. Later after many arguments, they have agreed to refund our money.
Worst experience, I rather like revv, bcz their executive delivers the vehicle, takes pictures by himself and we'll not be responsible for any false charges.

True, revv is far better. Some what same happened with us. We shared the problem with zoomcar too, but they never worked on solving our problem. Anyway we had to pay for something which we haven't done .
Zoomcar's user interface is good bro but the condition of the cars are slowly reducing drivezy and revv are much better now
Its all because of unskilled drivers who take the cars and some of them who just turned 18 and get the car without any experience and crash them !!

Though ZOOM CAR service is not yet available in my City.... but seeing your experience here... i guess they need lots and lots of improvement to survive in Indian Markets.
Had same experience with zoom car last year, never used their service after that.
Though it is the duty of zoomcar to give a good service but it is also the responsibility of the user to treat the car as a personal vehicle and not a rental and abuse it

This is not acceptable, if someone are paying for the service then it is duty of zoom 🚙 to provide a clean car at least.

I have rented the ca with my friends for 2 times, When we issued for the first time the car(TATA HEXA) was very clean not even a single scratch
was there but from 2nd time onwards I mean on (26-11-19) we have booked Mahindra xuv 500, But 4 hrs prior we get to know that the Model is 2014's model + suspension were not too great & also Break was loose...
overall I had Okay type of experience with zoomcar.

Same scenario happened to me when we booked creta car condition was too bad, however we went for replacement.they should check the condition and keep them serviced regularly

I had the same experience, Where in the Car delivered was damaged and while booking the KM given was 48000 and when we got the car which had run 96258..Also the car had lots of damages over all..Both the mirrors were damages and the tyres were in very bad state..We were lucky that the Roads in Odisha were good so did not have any issues with the tyres. Your suggestions are perfect that the Car should be shown before delivery..

Sir zoomcar k upr book lik sakta hu...itna sataya he muje 1st time jb book kia tha Bangalore Hyderabad express highway pe raat ko 1 o'clock me gadi kharab ho gaya... there is no oil coolen nothing was there and wo bolte h aap uber buk kr k gar chale jaw..ham gadi yaha se la jayenge and we booked it for 8 house 3 hours me gadi khatm..2nd time me jo gadi mili same swift mili thi but engine ceased..new car from out side but usme se itna dhua nikna me daar k rak dia..dn they give us another car after 1 hours swift manual..wo accha tha bt hamne 1 ganta pahle return kia nxt day hamko fine kia 8000 rupees..we submitted 3000 for security deposit or reason tha battery hamne kharab kia h 4 hours me..hamne 10 days wait kia dn solved hua..or v bohot story h.there service is not good enough

Zoom Car service is not available in my city. After watched this video... I just want to tell them that do clean your cars regularly. If you charges that much amount than you have to maintain your service carefully.
For cleaning, i just give them 2 out of 10. 😐😐

Amit garu what you have seen is little i have lost 5000 because of zoomcar as i have joined their captians club program and you will be rating below 5 if you have tried connecting to customer care very very bad, that is not company owned car and it is some customer listed in there site next time try revv or drivezy

As you're a tech vlogger they didn't charged you any extra amount which may not be in the case of a normal customer. For a normal customer they will put some or the other reason and charge extra amount. That's the reason people are afraiding to take cars in rent at least in cities like Hyderabad.

My experience was really good with Zoomcar Ludhiana.. i got a Honda jazz which was as good as new...only 6000 Km driven...Very clean from outside(washed) as well inside (polished interiors and clean mat) and almost no scratches..It had branding of zoomcar on front and back...and the car had complete accessories for music system and head rest and arm rest

Sir i have downloaded zoomcar app but haven't use it but when I was checking the ratings of this app majority of the people have given 1 star ⭐ rating out of 5 stars I was very disappointed after seeing this kind of ratings
Ur experience was bad but i have booked more than 10 times i didnt face such issue. Car was clean all the time. Condition varies with cities.
I think next te you should opt for REVV. It has far better deals and it also offers home delivery of the car. They also checks the condition of the car before giving it to the customer and I think thats cool. Thik che. Kai bhi issue hoi toh mane reply aapi dejo. Hu answer kari dais

I faced a tough time with Zoomcar very recently. First it was difficult to navigate to an interior location where the car was parked and so naturally internet was not working which made it all the more difficult to fill the checklist and unlock the car instantly, secondly it was not cleaned and dirty, third is the worst experience with the customer support. The customer support girls reply to you like a robot without any understanding of your situation. Fourth is about the false info that they would give you another car when they don't have any alternative in the whole vicinity.

Once when we were in Coimbatore, we rented out Ford Ecosport from #zoomcar. The car was clean and almost new. While travelling to Kari motor speedway because of google maps gave wrong information near flyover and corrected the route within a second led to slight confusion and fast reaction led to damaging left two tyres and scratches on wheels.(The error on maps was noticed for next 2-3 days consecutive trips to kari motor speedway in the Uber too) It was an accident. Despite of insurance they forced us to pay 10000rs. Which we felt like being cheated.

Please try and review Drivezy self-drive car rental service it is really good I use it in Mumbai on regular basis for weekends with friends. The car condition they offer is alot better than Zoomcar’s cars. I used to book Zoomcar but their vehicles were damaged and in worst condition. The best self drive I would personally recommend is Revv. They have wide range of cars and their customer approach is the best among these!

I booked zoom car for a function but at end moment they said that car is not available and reason was that the person who already hired the car will not be able to return it on time. After that I never use their app.

have used zoom car 4 to 5 times. in early days used to get good cars.but now most of the car conditions r very bad.u wl get very bad smells in car. lots of dust n garbage. u have to chk fuel,oil n water properly before taking delivery of car(actually do all basic checks). the customer care is worst experience.just prya tht ur car doesn't broke down in middle of journey otherwise its going to b a torture
This is not a car given directly by zoomcar it's a car given on rent by a owner to zoomcar and u have rented it. The entire cleaning and upkeep was an responsibility of that person that's an business option which zoomcar is offering. Amit bhai please send this video with zoomcar and report it to them.

My experience with zoom car has been very bad to say the least. They first charge a deposit before any booking which is fine. However they cancel the bookings on some flimsy grounds and then do not refund the deposit despite several reminders. There's is also no contact details of any of the higher mangement to whom to escalate your issue. Now after my experience I have also seen several such issues with others.
