Bosch is one of my favorite shows! I loved ever season, but this season, season 5 was my favorite because of this scene and the fact that this was the start of Bosch and Honey working together and becoming friends.
I just watched Season 5 and was hoping to find the airplane fight scene, I couldn't find it, but this is a more than acceptable substitute. To see this well-plotted and complex scheme get dismantled in a matter of minutes was priceless.
@@mayanksharma3651 OK, allow me to explain. I wasn't watching the show on a regular basis. I certainly didn't sit through 5 seasons of the show only to get to that one scene and jump up screaming, "I'M HOOKED!" My wife was watching it on a regular basis and I would pass through the room and see it occasionally. Sometimes I would pause and catch a minute or two, but mostly ignore it. This episode I sat through it long enough to ask, "What's going on? What is this? Who is that?" and she told me the gist of it. And that whole resolution with the judge just got me interested in the rest of the show. To presume that I had made an in-depth study of the show up to that point before deciding that I really really liked it is presuming a hell of a lot, don't you think?
This whole scene was amazing. When she finds them in contempt I was punching air! Then I read the book this happens in and it was even more satisfying! Punching air x2! 😂
I love this scene and don't mind watching it again and again but it was edited too soon. The fun goes on when the judge orders the two conspiring defense attorneys handcuffed and then Bosch has his conversation with Chandler outside the court But it's a great scene
"I'll be putting up, your Honor."
Chandler is such a boss haha!

I admire how chandler delivers her case in a calm factual manner and levels the defendants
I would hire Chandler as my lawyer, even though I couldn't afford her,
2:45 Bess Armstrong just perfectly sells that "this cannot be real" look SO WELL
The fact that the introduction of the property clerk was a bluff was just perfect
This scene was priceless! 🤣
😂😂😂

The eye movements are the best 😂
"I'm sure you do, but you can take your seat for the moment."
This is the scene that got me hooked on the show. Brilliant. Vengeance. Justice. Bosch.
Facts!
So you got hooked on a show only during the latter episodes of its fifth season?
@@wcydiiwii Yes. Sound strange to you? I wonder how that is.
@@lanceashbecause...like why would you watch 5 seasons if you weren't hooked?
I think that's what they are asking

I literally just watched this episode this morning. And it’s priceless
This was honestly the best season. Show was in full flight.
Bosch and chandler coming together and overcoming thier mutual liking dislike of each other

Makes me wish they had more trials on this show because when they do show up they're pretty damn entertaining.

But it's a great scene
That's good stuff!
Seasoned actors.
Judge Sobel nailed that scene. lol
3:27 - Me after I got divorced.
Honey Chandler story is different in series than books.. main difference is... she is a blonde

Bosch knows her ability to win
She died in the books VERY early in the series. Concrete Blonde.
