Once i saw a bunch of actors from The Wire in this show and found out that one of the producers or writers from The Wire was who made this show, I knew it would be outstanding.
I don’t think so, he reflects on Eleanor’s death so many times throughout the rest of the show and in Bosch: Legacy and it always hits him the hardest. He had to be strong for his daughter here and because he had a job to do.
He's shellshocked, angry and very upset. Like, they weren't that close at this point, their love has long gone, but he still grieved heavily over her death

And also the foundation of that series is good. In terms of crimefiction, there is no one better than Michael Connelly.

Bosch was more upset for Elizabeth Clayton's death than his ex wife's death.

I don’t think that’s true. He’s keeping a brave face for his daughter. Must be torn apart inside
I don’t agree. His ex wife’s death tore him apart. Both deaths did, but Eleanor’s was the hardest for him
Elizabeth Clayton reminded Bosch of his mother
