Great video, for your information, the ladies are dressed in traditional Hanfu (which is Han Chinese traditional dress). Japanese and Korean traditional dresses are heavily influenced by Hanfu culture.
You have try some Nanchang stir rice noodles(not those crazy spicy rice noodles) with crock pot soup. I am from Nanchang, and I highly recommend those. And the dish you tried (fried rice noodles) is also a special cuisine of Nanchang city hh I would say it's the best amoug all the fried rice noodles around China lol
Those ladies are wearing "Hanfu" traditional chinese dresses from different dynasties dating back to beyond 2200BC, Geisha dress and many japanese cultural objects was learned from and influenced throughout history.
