He literally came closer to death working for Toho than he did serving in the Japanese Navy in WWII. And he got shot at in a very flammable aircraft by an advanced US Navy fighter!

Just found new this new channel. Tbh after gojifans empire fell, I thought the yt godzilla community was over so I left the community. After seeing the new Godzilla trailer I got interested in godzilla again and did some yt searching and found this channel. I also learned gojifan returned. The Godzilla community is still alive!!!
Ironically enough, Rodan was initially planned to appear as the antagonist of _Rebirth of Mothra III,_ until Toho cancelled a planned King Ghidorah solo film and worked him into _Rebirth of Mothra III_ instead.
Every time I see that ending seen and hear the musical score it makes me cry because monster or not, that's a horrible way to die and hard to watch and for the added drama of I will die with you. Yanks the tears right out of you.
Idk the almost all the old Kaiju movies have this Jim Hensen-y vibe to them, like they’d fit in perfectly within the Labyrinth/ Dark Crystal Universes. Heck, they’d even work in the original Star Wars!!

I've been waiting four long years and now it's only a matter of time before I see what the MonsterVerse Rodan looks like. He's one of my favorites so I've been looking forward to him the most.
I think something that could have possibly been added to the Trivia section would be that at first Rodan uses Godzilla’s roar in Ghidorah: The Three Headed Monster. This was a technical issue that wasn’t fixed in time before the final film was released.
Can you tell the Godzilla fans that Godzilla was never meant to be in Ultraman? Because as far as I know the Godzilla suit was used to make the monster Jirass so technically the suit itself is a reference to Godzilla but that doesn't mean he made an appearance in Ultraman.

The Godzilla lore is fuckin awesome, theres something very intriguing about following the kaiju and how its not all about us human beings. Every goddamn movies about us humans today, so its very refreshing to see the kaiju as these living creatures, monsters that are not human, and have been arnd on earth (or in space) way longer than us humans. And they have their own rules and ways inwhich they live.

A dragon created by Morgoth the Dark Lord was named *Ancalagon the Black* .
I think the one Rodan that got released on the volcano where as the original 2 Rodans died, was their offspring since the volcano lava could have been used as an incubator and due to the 2 original Rodans having consumed radiation, theyre offspring was affected by it.

This being my first exposure to Rodan in detail, I can not help but find him adorable and outright derpy.
