Flat condition is very bad. It looks like 35-40 year's old flat without lift. Will need another ₹10-15 lac to make it in a livable condition. Please confirm who will buy this flat after 10-15 year's when this flat would be more than 50 year's old in case we buy it today ? I guess Noone Not more than ₹60-₹ 70 lac

Because this is a row flat in society condition so it is natural to keep 15 to 20 lakhs in it. Now I would like to tell you here. Because these are cooperative group housing societies. People have built them on their own, so the strength of the building is very good. Nothing happens inside these societies for a long time. Your concern is certainly justified. If we talk about the next 10 years, then after the next 10 years the future of these societies is very good because these will go into re-development and at the time of re-development their price will surely increase by 5 to 7 times.
