- I took the dream MTB Hardtail it a proper downhill bike park. myself, Will Greenfield and Jordan Lunn went to Black Mountain Cycle Centre for a day of downhill riding. I wasn't sure whether to take the custom hardtail as it's a bit too nice... but it was so amazing to ride some fast trails with big jumps on the custom San Quentin.
Me and Will both ride for Halo Wheels and Jordan organised the day as team day out riding which was sick! Shout out to Halo Wheels. So stoked to ride this bike properly and use the gopro and karma gimbal for some epic POV shots and fast trains. Enjoy!

Cannondale hard tail size is 27.. I don't know much about cycles, just learning.
@@adarshfaridkhan3361 I grew up riding full rigid mtb across the lake district mountains. Hardtails are really good to learn on as full sus bikes compensate for poor technique. Have fun learning, by the time you've worn out your hardtail you'll have a better idea about type of bike/riding you prefer.
can ride hardtail on anything but the rougher the tracks the more work ur body does. makes u a better rider for sure and getting on a fullsus after is so easy!

Fantastic video... Love the hardtail, you feel the trail beneath you, its a much better experience than full suspension

@@Sqwelch I'd say what I don't like most about the paint is on the seat tube, where its mostly pink/white etc, that to me throws off the entire paint job :/. But other then that the bike looks good lolz.
That is my kind of bike, hardtails rock.
No word of a lie but at about halfway in this video I started crying my eyes out. Mtb is what I love to do, I live this sport with my whole heart it is what I want to do with my life. This is my dream 🙏🏻👊

Remember, perfect practice will create perfection. If you aren't a 'natural' cram in tutorial videos. Unlearn bad habits..and fly!

If the electric rear mech and shifter charged somehow using kinetic energy from the rear wheel or maybe pedalling input that would be awesome. Charging me wireless headphones was a drag, so went back to wired! Can imagine the same if I had that wireless setup on the rig.
Jumps I'll always prefer HT, I don't care what anyone says. The landing sometimes isn't the best, but the take off is way better, and it's not like I'm launching huge jumps anyway ... The stuff you don't see though, the rocks and roots where the rear suspension comes in handy. Plus the aerodynamics on a proper DH aren't found on any HTs ... local trails I always prefer the HT.
Those "Chase-Shots" are absolutly stunning! Ever thought about pairing Downhill with FPV? Gotta be some really skilled drone pilot though...
This video is a year old, people probably wont even see this.. however this videos during covid bring joy, and happiness to me. I'm from New York where alot of things are closed down and most people are too scared to meet up and do anything thats collective and fun...watching Matt and the boys this past week enjoying themselves and taking part in a sport I'm intrigued about has created quite the escape. Thanks for these videos boys.

Doesn't matter what Bike you have, if you riding with full LOVE. Not everyone have this money to buy ,or build super Bike, but the motivation inside us is more important to keep that spark on !

Man I'm almost 28 I've skated for since I was 11 except the last 5 or started a family, I gotta say I want to start riding bikes bad I feel like living in the mountains I could make a cool down hill course hopefully after all this cv19 stuff is over I can buy a bike I'll ha e to do some learning on what I'd want I'm definitely a noob at it but damn it looks so fun I gotta give it a go

Kevo Yeahh I got my first mountain bike last week, I paid 800 for a hard tail I guess it’s a “beginner” bike to start up but full suspension you could get cost 1,500😭
@@luisorozco8583 i have a hardtail that i got for 400 quid but it has the same components as a 1200 quid bike, getting second hand is smart its cheaper and you can get some really good deals, id recommend looking on ebay

Will is hilarious! I watched another video of him recklessly being a wild man on the jumps. These videos are epic! I drink a handful of peach red bull drinks a day, so I love the helmet! I wanna find a peach red bull inspired helmet!

Really all you can do is practice, but try loosening up on the bike too, that way you shouldn't be feeling like you're going to go over so much
