Sting needs to lose the hands-free mic immediately.

    Needs police behind him

He definitely doesn’t. Sting has been performing with his touring band for the better part of the last 30+ years. I’ve seen him live on several occasions, all occasions he was outstanding and definitely didn’t need the rest of the police backing him. Aging is real and our voices no matter how well preserved do change with time. He has dropped a couple of octaves but in comparison to most performers in their 70s - he is still extremely talented. Try to remember that some of these songs were written when he was in his twenties, the expectation that he would sound the same in a song suited to a version of himself 50 years younger is unrealistic.

@@nadiam2853 Yes he is hugely talented I agree, he was born not that far from me, in the North East, I just liked him when he was in Police in the 70s and early 80s, I don't like his solo stuff, but of course he isn't going sound the same from 40 odd years ago, and look the same.

@@pam164 i saw Copeland with Oysterhead earlier in the year he still is a phenomenal drummer and I definitely wouldn’t mind seeing them together again but him by himself just isn’t it
