actually, you can if you get ness to level 12 and use shield α over buzz buzz's psi shield

Yeah its a rom hack of earthbound called mother 2 deluxe that adds many qol changes and a massive update to it is currently being worked on which will pretty much change the way we play earthbound forever once its out
