I still remember playing this first mission and man this song gave me chills, as a whole the Watch Dogs 2 soundtrack was on another of immersion that stands out from other games. We need more soundtracks like these
So much haters but I still preorder the game and get the zodiac killer dlc this game was so good but if only the story was longer. That was my only complaint with the game the story was too short. Everything else to me was a masterpiece.
It's a pretty decent length, but it had a good story, engaging gameplay that rewarded you for not muscling through, and relatable main characters. It feels a little like it ends abruptly, but I'd say that it's more a sign of how good the game was that people wanted it to be longer. It didn't overstay it's welcome and left you wanting more, that's how you get people wanting a sequel.
I'm 5 years later but I realised the music of this type (techy sounding music) was always in like the final mission of an op where you infiltrate the corporation or gangs main base.
I loved Watchdogs 2 for how it was made. The tech, the music, it being a decent San Francisco, Marcus himself, and the dogs. Unfortunate that Watchdogs Legion might replace it. I’ll stick to WD2 until I think Legion is good. Also, loved the appearance of ol’ Aiden. Great reference.
Shame it takes so long for the beat drop, it drops 4:55 in the vid, it’s 5 minutes in and the song is what, 7 minutes? So yeah. But when it hits after the buildup Oh that’s amazing!
