You're totally right about Brian. He should be grateful to have a free house in London that would cost a lot of money if it was sold. But in fairness to Brian, the housing association do seem to be taking the mick, leaving him without a kitchen or heating for years. I'm sure there must be other factors. I did hear Brian ripped out the kitchen without the housing authorising it... Which might be a reason why they've left it like this.

He says he has his tenancy agreement there of which could be "rolling" or not, but with police at his door and his behaviour eviction is a possibility rent paid or not.
