Yeah that happens. I do taekwondo and I once made the mistake of putting my thumb inside my vist... Mind you, I was already quite experienced at this point and knew why not to do that! I think it's personally my most embarrassing sport mistake. Others will probably remember different things but to me personally I was so ashamed of this

I'm 62 and love riding my enduro and trials bikes. I do pretty good but my gosh are there some incredible riders out there!! I take great joy in being able to stay active, challenge myself and experience some incredible times and locations riding can deliver! Keep going young man and never stop exploring new things!!
i wish i could show this to the kids i coach! some of them get so upset when they fall or make a mistake :( i try to tell them that making mistakes is part of every gymnasts story but seeing sometimes is better

When I was a kid this guy socked me in the chin with his violin case at the bus stop. I picked my tongue bit up off the ground and ran home crying. That shit builds character I shit you not.
@@arcadianmorning I wouldn't know because i swallowed the piece of tongue i bit off. But the good news it that it heals incredibly quickly compared to the rest of the body. It's just that now my tongue is about 1/2 an inch shorter than it should be 😬

tbh the main reason gymnasts get up even after a fall is because they HAVE to. you must salute the judge before leaving or your score could drop or not even be counted. i’ve had routines where i fell 3 times and wanted to quit right there but was forced to keep goin lol
