Is it worth getting 4-2 Juggernaut in BTD5?

In this video I do is it worth getting the last 2 upgrades for each tier 4s.
Some of the upgrades might be worth it and some of them.
Most tier 4s are worth it but i havent test them so I dont know.
Also Remember each 1 sub for now I will be uploading a video if I can cuz I am busy with school.
Goal subs for now is 100!
