ECOS Parkrun, Ballymena in 5 minutes.

Returning to my home parkrun to re-record it after a slight change in the course following the completion of a new bypass running alongside the ECOS grounds
Apologies for the dip in the camera at around the 1 mile mark (my car key fell out of my pocket and I had to retrieve it :)
