Love these Videos Tim, You're my go-to resource, usually the night before when i'm considering a new parkrun! Met you briefly at the finish funnel at Ecos earlier in the year, was completely done in so apologies I only managed "Love the vid's" lol

Which parkruns would you say are the best in Dublin?

Will you be tackling the new parkrun at Montalto? Personally think it's the toughest course in N Ireland, although very pretty.

There's been a small alteration to the end of the course, instead of a lap of the pitch, you carry on the path into town where they have done up the old train station and finish in the new courtyard. Missing your videos Tim, hope all is well.

There’s tarmac all the way around now - so much easier to run than before. Handily, , there’s an Aldi across the road for the weekend shopping.

Missing Falcarragh. Used to live there in 2018. A lot of memories of this trail. I used to go hiking in this trail with my brother in law. Thank for this video. Feeling Nostalgic.

Nice normal day for it. I went out there on the 4th of March this year, planning to tick off Longford in my counties list. Expecting a fairly regular Park Run, like the one you had here, I was greeted by a very full car park and a party. Turns out they were holding an event for their RTE Operation Transformation leader and there were a good 200 odd people there. Lidl were handing out goodies, it was more like a race then a Parkrun 😅. Managed to get a Lidl Steps Parkrun T shirt so that's something to bring with me when I'm touristing outside of Ireland. 😊

Croxteth Hall parkrun in Liverpool is lovely and scenic, it would be lovely on a 5 minute video :)

We did this Parkrun back in March on a wet and VERY VERY windy day. I was blown the first half in 14.30 ish ( have never run this fast). It took me 24.30 ish for the second half 😢. Such a fierce wind

I think whoever told you there's deer in Mountbellew was probably confusing it with Coole Park or possibly Portumna. Done Mountbellew a few times now and I've never seen deer in there. County Galway is great for its forest runs. Mountbellew, Portumna, Coole and Clonbur are all forest based.

I did this one last year. Unfortunately I wasn't lucky with the low tide (hard sand) so I did it back and forth on the relatively hard section on the 1km. My suggestion for your videos: Would be great to add a screenshot from Strava or relive where the elevation gain is mentioned. I'm always wondering how many meters of climbing is on every new parkrun I'm planning to go to. A new one on Inis Meain is on my bucket list 😊

I did wonder what the course was and I see it's basically the last section of one of the Quadrathon races. Good to know. Definitely doing it at some point this year
