My guinea pig died earlier this month from a upper respiratory infection and I did not realize how much he meant to me until he passed I miss him so much! Unfortunately I had to give my other one to my friends and I said can I pet him and she said " no! He is no longer your guinea pig!" And I tried to hold back tears
We adopted 4 piggies 4 years ago. Unfortunately 2 died earlier this year with cancer, but we still have the other two living it up. I argue with them daily since every time I open the fridge they week week even though they have a pile of veggies in their area. They so darn cute!!
Where do you live? I have some guinea pig supplies, I live in Long Island, N.Y, and if you're not on the West Coast, I could possibly send them to you. The shipping to California, where there are alot of rescues, is very expensive, but if you're not too far, like a few States away, I could send them to you. Thank you for helping them, I love animals, and piggies are so adorable, and they're helpless prey animals!❤😊

I’m so sorry about your Guinea pig. Mine died last July. If I wasn’t allergic to hay I would have rescued again.
Have you tried orchard grass instead? Many people are allergic to Timothy.
@@user-youngmargaret I would be afraid to make a commitment to another Guinea pig if the orchard hay didn’t work out.
