My phone case is a wallet, it goes where I go. Keys if I've driven, we have keyless entry at home. lately I've been carrying a Burts bees lip balm. and I always have a sweater in my bag, a cloth mask and AirPods.
I try to keep my purse minimal but lately it’s become a catch all. Thanks for reminding me how much of a slob I am! 😂 A year or so ago I found this cute little slim wallet at target that has a zipper on the top for coins and a slot on the side for cash and then two card slots. It’s so cute and minimal! I don’t have many cards so all I keep in it is my ID and my bank card in the card slots and I use the cash slot for medical cards. I put cash and coins in the zipper part. BUT we use a cash envelope system so I do have a bigger more bulky wallet to hold our various cash categories. So if I’m going out and only going to one store and I have a general idea of how much I’m spending I leave the big wallet at home and just grab some cash. Lately I’ve been thinking I don’t need so many categories of cash in the large wallet. I could probably leave them in envelopes in our fire safe. But as a mom and the main shopper in our family I usually try to get a big shopping trip with multiple stops done in one day. Which means multiple categories and always my husband texting me to stop somewhere and get something random on my way home 🙄😂

Ok, I have all of that too, but a "little" bit more, like a wine opener (just in case) extra disposables mask, allergies pills, mini sewing kit, reusable shopping bag, mini foldable cup, flashlight, soap gel, my cel charger, alcohol spray and a couple of women things... Oh also dental paste and toothbrush, mirror, mask cases when eating (is mandatory in my country the use of mask), headphones... Yeah that's about it.
I also carry aquaphor. And lotion. I live in a desert and have the driest skin on the planet- the webs between my fingers were dry even when I lived in the Pacific Northwest.
I can hear them cracking from across the world 🌎 mine do the same in the winter! I used to work in a hospital and had to wash my hands constantly, they were as dry as a desert. 🏜
I expected so much more in that size of purse lol my purse is smaller and has most of what you have plus....... emergency kid snacks... aka...granola bars, applesauce cup, spoon for applesauce, reusable target bag, gloves, phone charging cable and battery pack, t*ser(safety 1st, rough area), multi--tool, Tylenol bottle(too many stress/anxiety headaches), comb, sunglasses in case, business cards(Realtor & Travel agent), oh and lastly airpods. I probably should declutter my purse.... lol

I have all that and... my planner /journal, pen pouch, hand sanitizer, Hand cream,1 Lip balm,1clear lipgloss,1 tube CeraVe Healing Oitment, 1 tube sun screen spf 50, 2 inhalers, Advil, nail trimmer, finger nail file, coin purse, mints, hard candy, Mascara, concealer and powder. Lol not minimal.
**Always**...A small Bible, license, 1 oz hand sanitizer, face mask, small wallet, cell phone. I carry various other items depending upon where I'm heading.
That sounds cool! I am guessing you don't carry much cash then? Tons of people in the USA pay with cards or even their phones, but Germany is WAY behind here in regards to that. Here, cash is still king. 😂
My daughter bought me a mini backpack with pockets galore, and an RFID large wallet. There's a pocket on the outside of the bag for the phone, very handy. The rest of them, mmmm I dunno. I had coins in an old prescription bottle, here they are tube like, business cards, several different OTC medications, a notepad, there's supposed to be a pen in the wallet but it gets borrowed, a lot. I do the Flylady clean out every Friday of all the receipts, well not so much any more as I don't go a lot of places. I keep my mask in the car, not such a great idea as we have more than one car. I just wish that there was a more useable pocket for sunglasses and my keys, I end up missing it and grubbing around in the bottom of it.

Hi Addison! Yes I used to have more, but this was the prettiest, best quality and most functional for me - I never was much of a “purse” person, so it wasn’t hard to make the swap... I believe if you have something that you love, and you truly, TRULY use those things than it’s okay. Often we find that not everything is as important as we think it is, though. Good luck. 🍀

It's funny how this is the one that I use everyday and love and I got rid of all my Dooney & Bourke and Louis Vuitton bags how sad is that that I like the cheapest bag that I owned.

I have all that and... my planner /journal, pen pouch, hand sanitizer, Hand cream,1 Lip balm,1clear lipgloss,1 tube CeraVe Healing Oitment, 1 tube sun screen spf 50, 2 inhalers, Advil, nail trimmer, finger nail file, coin purse, mints, hard candy, Mascara, concealer and powder. Lol not minimal.
Can you find what you need when you need it? I think that’s the most important things ☺️👍
**Always**...A small Bible, license, 1 oz hand sanitizer, face mask, small wallet, cell phone. I carry various other items depending upon where I'm heading.
I have a grey metal card holder that really only fits 5 cards and a weekly bus ticket. Another slightly larger card holder is where I put my receipts.
That sounds cool! I am guessing you don't carry much cash then? Tons of people in the USA pay with cards or even their phones, but Germany is WAY behind here in regards to that. Here, cash is still king. 😂

My daughter bought me a mini backpack with pockets galore, and an RFID large wallet. There's a pocket on the outside of the bag for the phone, very handy. The rest of them, mmmm I dunno. I had coins in an old prescription bottle, here they are tube like, business cards, several different OTC medications, a notepad, there's supposed to be a pen in the wallet but it gets borrowed, a lot. I do the Flylady clean out every Friday of all the receipts, well not so much any more as I don't go a lot of places. I keep my mask in the car, not such a great idea as we have more than one car. I just wish that there was a more useable pocket for sunglasses and my keys, I end up missing it and grubbing around in the bottom of it.

Hi Addison! Yes I used to have more, but this was the prettiest, best quality and most functional for me - I never was much of a “purse” person, so it wasn’t hard to make the swap... I believe if you have something that you love, and you truly, TRULY use those things than it’s okay. Often we find that not everything is as important as we think it is, though. Good luck. 🍀

@@addieksadventures9067 I was a handbag collector myself and once I became a minimalist I dwindled down little by little and now I'm down to just one. It's a small mini backpack from Nike. It's funny how this is the one that I use everyday and love and I got rid of all my Dooney & Bourke and Louis Vuitton bags how sad is that that I like the cheapest bag that I owned.

Every time I think about something different I just continue to tell myself that I only need one and I think about all the money I've wasted over all these years 😳

@@AtoZenLife Oh no, that sucks! Mine is a backup though, so I don't use it daily! I wish I could be minimal enough to not even carry a purse, but unfortunately it's literally impossible for a mom. I also have to carry some backup kid toys and paper/writing utensils!
