How to make Spinach Pizza | Spinach and Mozzarella Pizza Recipe

💁‍♀️This spinach pizza with Mozzarella is perfect if you want a quick dinner that is not only tasty but also healthy! This simple homemade pizza batter recipe is easy to make and for sure the best pizza you have ever tasted!
🥬🍕SPINACH PIZZA RECIPE 🥬🍕
📌Pizza dough:
-900 g flour
-½ cube of yeast
-2 tablespoons of sugar
-500 ml of water
-2 teaspoons of salt
-6 tablespoons of olive oil
📌Sauce:
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-400 g canned tomatoes (tomato purree)
-oregano
- Sweet paprika powder
-1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
📌Spinach pizza:
-400 g of frozen spinach squeezed out
-200 g Mozzarella
-300 g cocktail tomatoes
👉Method:
-Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water and knead together with the flour and salt to form a dough. Finally add the olive oil and knead the dough for at least 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 portions and shape each dough portion into a ball, brush with olive oil and place each in a bowl, cover and let rise for approx. 30-60 minutes.
👉-Place the ball of dough on a floured work surface and gently press it flat with your hands. Form an edge with both hands and stretch the dough so that the dough has a diameter of about 30 cm.
👉-Spread a few tablespoons of the tomato sauce on the dough and then top with spinach, spread Mozzarella cheese over it. Halve or quarter the tomatoes and sprinkle over them.
👉-Bake in the preheated oven at 230 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
