I've been searching RUclips and the internet for days for guidance on checking the uv light sleeve for water leaks. Can ANYONE help me with this? I am beyond frustrated with the lack of help from videos and manual produced by the company.

I got this for Christmas and mine is the 300 my pond is 75 gallons but is green still. I do not think it is working

Hi, we just bought Pennington Aquagarden in pond 5 in 1 but the UV Lamp is not working, we remove and change to a new bulb, and still not working. Please help.
