Thanks for the mention, although I dont think I could take credit for the technique. The video will be very helpful to newbies to the hobby, and the later half will even have something for old timers like me. I really like the tea leaf basing, but have never done it. Do you oven dry them? Is varnishing them enough to keep them from going mouldy? Best wishes
It yourself who mentioned it so Kudos! The tea leaves I just open the bags and emptied them mixing about, pure camomile looks like heavy leaf fall but I prefer the mix. I spray them with watered down PVA and have never had issues going mouldy, when I use sand and dirt from garden I'll oven cook it for half hour at 130 C to kill off germs
Hope it's been easy to follow, any questions or other info you would like for new people in hobby ask away, ill always answer
Great tutorial
Nice round up to the mini got dome good tips, would you expand more on the steps?
I could do yeah, I'll see what feedback is like and what sort of stuff are you thinking of?

@@TheCraftyMini Ah ok, thanks for that |I really had no clue. I was just alittle nervous as its an organic material. Will try it out!
When I get home I'll put some pics up in the community tab of the bolt action minis with tea leaves they're about 3 years old
@@TheCraftyMini That would be good to see. Not that I'm doubting your word!
