I started using a lung exerciser almost six years and have three of them now. My favorite is the BreatheEasy Lung Expander that I found on Amazon for about $20.

How come you never talk about how the actual heart cells that do the work are affected? Or how we can supply minerals or other things to directly nourish and provoke those heart cells to strengthen the overall heart as a whole?
The organ needs specific building blocks to function but more to undergo maintenance and build.
