I think it would be so cool for warehouse tours and potentially the ability to make a disc or mini with the original garage machine! Dont get me wrong, selling the service of letting someone hit the button on the new machine is super cool. BUT the OG manual labor machine would just be so much more special and super cool if possible.
Almost like a museum exhibit type thing would be my thought! Could be super cool if you could just feel how much pressure is needed to inject a disc. Even if it didn’t actually make discs because liability of super hot metal and molten plastic. Still get your pic hanging on the bar!
I threw it out there on a previous video, but will say it again since you asked for ideas... I think a patio and/or space for a pop up pub, food trucks, tables, and hosting a putting league would be really cool, if the space works well for that.
Sharing your excitement Jesse, the warehouse looks awesome! Someone in a previous video mentioned that you could maybe benefit from working with an infrastructure engineer as you plan out how to utilize the space. As someone who went to an engineering university and has seen the long-term effects that seemingly small decisions in layout and processes can make, I think it could be worth it.
I actually thought about putting the grinder in the murder room with the other loud machines before you mentioned it. Makes the main area much more comfortable and quiet. And you could grind when you have a meeting in the conference room and so on. And the raw material storage goes well with that, close to the grinder. Just replace the OSB with a proper door and get a small forklift to move stuff around. The main area looks like really usable area with lots of light and enough access/doors/docks.
The moment you step into the warehouse, it just put a smile on my face. This is seeing someone dream come true. Keep going, you guys are changing disc golf. Love it. 🎉
Love your videos Jessie! Watching your journey from the garage to this has been amazing. Despite us being strangers your authentic sharing and story telling has let all of us feel connected. Your journey parallels my wife's. About 4 years ago she took on running a non-profit coffee shop. Like you, she had roughly no experience in the requisite field. You both have learned and grown so much. In my dream world I'm trying to create a Trash Panda crossover event with Dirt Coffee. Their mission is focused on workforce development for the neurodiverse community. If you ever need a coffee truck let me know! They have a mobile unit for events as well as two physical locations. Can't wait to visit your beautiful new location!
Such an awesome feeling in a bigger place. I am a machinist that worked in a BIG shop before with no AC, then got a better job at a smaller job shop with AC. That one was around 16k sq ft. The company grew so much we needed a bigger place for more new machines. And the company went BIG. In 2020 we moved across town to a 100k sq ft building that has 80k sq ft of shop floor and added AC. Good idea with the compressor being off the shop floor. Shop flow is important so take your time with that. Congrats on the company growth and the new shop!!
I'm sure you watched the MVP factory tour on SmarterEveryDay and started thinking of how you could adapt and improve what they're doing to what you're doing. On that thought, possibly a vacuum tube system from the murder shed through the wall to the machines (or wherever it needs to go next). I also feel like you need to lean into the murder shed theme...maybe a graffiti artist come in and paint some shredded discs mural :)
I would put the air compressor, chiller, and grinder in the murder shed along with bulk plastic and ungrinded discs for sure, I would definitely make the large room off the main warehouse floor the mold tool room where you can easily take them apart and have everything you need right there.
Racking and a pallet stacker will help a ton! Opening up the door area up allow you to lift a pallet of ground plastic up and in through the larger opening.
murder shed looks like a great place for plastic storage and grinding. then an auger from the grinder(s) through the wall leading into the main space to the hopper(s). less hassle moving the raw materials and less overall noise
This is great guys. I am happy you showed everything off but I want you all to be careful and stay safe!! There are evil people out there and I wouldn't want this space getting broken into, etc. Better get phenomenal security!!!
The only real question I've got is .......................... are there trout in that section of the river? If so, and if I worked at TP, I'd be slinging flies on my lunchbreak all the time.
Toy suggestion.... Chat to Playdoh and get a Trash Panda Garage mini maker... instead of 'Making spaghetti' they could be making a mini marker... hmmmm... use FIMO soft clay and you could make Mini's and bake them in the oven... Not sure how enviro friendly Fimo clay is I guess. I see a net and a Tech Disc set up in the conference room.
This looks kind like a warehouse I worked on in that area back in my electrician days. Any chance this was used as a grow house before you guys bought it?
Based on my years in manufacturing and as a former Industrial Engineer, you got some good ideas for the layout. But, I think some of your ideas won't stand the test of time and you will be changing the layout in a year or less.
Did they give you floorplans when they leased/sold it to you? I design commercial spaces for startups and am curious the actual sizes of you lobby/office/break room spaces. Really excited for you guys, as a CO native having a rad DG company run by rad people is such a cool brag.
I feel like there has to be a way to get the boxes of plastic up on shelves so they are higher than the hopper on the injection machine and have a flex tube that can be pulled over to each hopper and open a valve to fill it up?
Don’t know if we will make it in 2025, but I think we are gonna try for a 2026 Colorado road trip! Would love to see the new HQ and meet the whole Trash🦝Panda gang and do a tour! 🥏❤️🥏
Wait.... hot stamping?? Does that mean you may be endeavoring to find waste foil for stamps!!? Or maybe devising a way to generate good hot foils out of recycled materials? Looking forward to that day if it comes.
Are you losing a little money getting our recycled discs, or breaking even? I’m thinking of sending some, but I imagine with space rental, recycling equipment and labor the recycling program is a labor of love. I’m planning on sending some then buying the Inner Core putter pack with the discount.
so hear me out...kinda like how at distilleries you can do a "bottle your own" experience......image you could pay for a "make your own trash panda disc" with the garage machine......
Would need a cooler name than that but something smaller scale would be cooler. Like appointments, etc. A huge event could kill the cool low scale vibe trash panda draws and is.
@@blakethompson8223 Agreed. Like a series of chill Panda Parties at local microbreweries scattered across the states. Would be a neat way to support their business + local clubs, give back to charities, and bring the community together.

@RobbieCDiscgolf exactly!
Obviously would love to make my own disc BUT if not this is the next best thing!!
So true!
Not gonna happen. The machine is wall art now

Please do a shop on site! that would be super cool to go buy a disc from the warehouse!
I was thinking murder shed to park the future mobile shop truck.

Awesome time to be alive! Congrats to the Trash Panda crew! Looking forward to that local pick up!! Free ladder!!

So sick! So happy for you all! Such an awesome DG company. I'm eagerly anticipating the release of the Trash Panda Sky Goat 🤞😬
Little by little, a little becomes a lot, when you are moving! Love you guys, and gal!

I’m extremely happy for you and extremely excited to see what’s coming next
GOSH I AM SO EXCITED FOR YOU GUYS
Awesome for you guys! Knock down the walls to that room. Leave the columns and now it’s just more warehouse.
This is great guys. I am happy you showed everything off but I want you all to be careful and stay safe!! There are evil people out there and I wouldn't want this space getting broken into, etc. Better get phenomenal security!!!
Congrats! Here's hoping the move and your expansion plans go well!
Congrats! Free ladder! One suggestion.....space for indoor putting on snow days
make a replica of your garage in that front lobby
Started from the bottom… now you’re here! Great work Trash Panda team!
@4:33 nice truck
Congrats! Very exciting!!
Let’s goooo! Congrats on the new space, it looks awesome!
The only real question I've got is .......................... are there trout in that section of the river?
If so, and if I worked at TP, I'd be slinging flies on my lunchbreak all the time.
congrats on the new warehouse!
Random tool room should be your R&D/3D Printing/CNC Lathe room.
I’ve been following your journey from the start. I haven’t been able to try your discs yet though sadly. Maybe I can get my hands on one soon. 😊
Congratulations. You guys are doing awesome!
Glad to see one of the first things in the warehouse is a bottle of Bachans in the fridge.
So much potential!
Ordered 4 discs , can’t wait to try them .
the back section is a drive through garage. use it for when the weather is bad
You talked about the Platte, but you forgot to mention you are only a few steps from the Public House ... Sweet!
Toy suggestion....
Chat to Playdoh and get a Trash Panda Garage mini maker... instead of 'Making spaghetti' they could be making a mini marker...

A dedicated place for a putting league would be awesome. And definitely local pick up. Start saving the planet with delivery trucks fuel consumption.

Sweet I’ve been looking forward to seeing inside this bad boy
Free ladder AND free fridge leftovers!
That's such an awesome space. Congrats!
How's the coffee down the street?

congrats!
A suggestion before putting in all the expensive equipment: install a few blacklights and have a TPHQ glow round.
Who am I kidding, the whole company has probably already had at least one TPHQ round already!
Did they give you floorplans when they leased/sold it to you? I design commercial spaces for startups and am curious the actual sizes of you lobby/office/break room spaces. Really excited for you guys, as a CO native having a rad DG company run by rad people is such a cool brag.

Congrats. Super happy for you. Can I live in the murder shed? HA HA. How do you achieve your raised stamp? It's so cool.
Shoutout to anyone that also has that cliche amsterdam print from IKEA
You need a “Hot Light” for your discs like Krispy Kreme has for their donuts
Murder shed will be great for parking the future mobile shop vehicle, although I guess it could just park outside.
Don’t know if we will make it in 2025, but I think we are gonna try for a 2026 Colorado road trip! Would love to see the new HQ and meet the whole Trash🦝Panda gang and do a tour! 🥏❤️🥏
you should put some recycle disc that people sent in sell those or give them away so that they can try the disc.
Wait.... hot stamping?? Does that mean you may be endeavoring to find waste foil for stamps!!? Or maybe devising a way to generate good hot foils out of recycled materials? Looking forward to that day if it comes.
Any ideas on how to mitigate warehouse pollution from going in the river?
Don't forget employee indoor practice basket

Conference room with sliding glass doors for the big room that you’re not sure about
Viewing point of the warehouse in action
🙌🏽
Mini ramp
when you get moved in let me know so I can plan a vacay to denver!
oh also, you should totally get some local artists to put up some murals in there!!
@@SamSheffer117 sustainable materials of course! Maybe it would affect production. Also just remembered it's a lease... maybe they'll own it some day
so hear me out...kinda like how at distilleries you can do a "bottle your own" experience......image you could pay for a "make your own trash panda disc" with the garage machine......
Looks like u got room for a third machine
Can I bring my class of high school students for a tour?
