As a former dancer, trained with Frank Hatchett in NYC and as a UDA member, I appreciate the brutal honesty that ALM has brought to the next generations of dancers. These kids have been given so much opportunity in this industry that was not available before the 2000's. A dancer without discipline or ability to take criticism is not a sincere dancer nor are they equipped to handle life's adversity. I'm very successful today because of the demands and work ethics taught during my dance years.
