Such a wonderful story through all the heartbreak. Why oh why weren't there warnings and water to fight these fires? It's a so heartbreaking to see the homes burned, displaced people and lost innocent dogs and cats because people in charge did not take steps to prevent this.

It is a great relief for the owners that have managed to hold onto hope and try to not give up. And Casey’s little Oreo has remarkably and truly thanks to God had survived the horrors and fires to and emotionally happily reunited with his owner. Hopefully that other lost pets that have survived the fires and destruction are made it back to their humans. But sadly, those who DID made though the fire, must have to endure hunger, the smoke, the injures they sustained, the nightmarish atmosphere and environment of the neighborhoods gone and charred buildings, but also try to avoid hungry predators; the mammalian carnivores that have come down from the surviving hills and mountains to prowl through the burned ruins in search of small or injure dogs and cats that hadn’t been found or recovered by the humans.
Who can watch this without crying? How on earth did that little dog survive that horrid fire? That is absolutely nothing short of a HUGE miracle of God !!! Like him I don't have human kids. My horse, dog and parakeets are my "kids." Thank you for sharing your reunion and your miracle with all of us. All glory to God (TY Lord JESUS) !!
I believe it was actor James Woods that had seen Oreo the 1st day while trying to evacuate he said he a pomeranian dog and tried to get it but it wouldn't come to him it was afraid and he was so worried about him Im so glad you have your furbaby back ❤ Im sorry for your other losses 🙏
