I’ve been a Celtics fan from the UK since 2012. I never saw the 2008 championship (I was only 7 years old) so I’ve seen 12 season of heartbreaking losses. But this year has felt special. I really hope they do it. Will make all the 4am nights to watch the Celtics worth it

Dallas definitely has the better individual player in this series in Luka Doncic, but the Celtics overall just have a team leaps and bounds better than the Mavs. One of the deepest and most well put together teams of the last 2 decades.
Yeah, Luka is easily the best player in the series, and I am a Laker's fan, so I ain't biased towards any of the teams, and I hate the Celtics because they are our rivals, but I am a very objective person, and you gotta give credit to Brad Steven's for putting that team together. We have to wait and see the outcome of the series, but if they dominate and win 4-0 or 4-1, I think this is the best-constructed team of all time; they have everything. They have their two superstars, who both are great offensively and defensively; they are also great shooters and athletic; they have the two best defensive guards in the league, who can also score and shoot; they have amazing centers that score, defend, and space the floor; they have a great coach; and they have a good bench. I honestly think that if Porzinguis hadn't suffered the injury during the season, this Celtics team could've broken the GSW regular-season record, especially given that they were in an easier conference. Porzinguis missed 27 games, and if he played 15 more games, I truly believe they could've broken that record because this team is ridiculous.

The thing that makes the Cs so tough is they are so well rounded you cant double anyone. The moment you do they make you pay for it. Everyone on the floor for them can have a good scoring night. The other thing is they are all experienced, they know when to switch and if a team starts to make a run they will ISO with Tatum or Brown and take it to the hole ....their defensive backcourt is world-class type stuff... I have been watching basketball since i was a kid around the Bird era and this is one of the best all-around starting 5 I have seen. They can clamp down on you or they out-score you. They can play whatever style they need to

They showed only a few Luka shots who scored 30. But showed every shot made by Kyrie who only scored 12... Kyrie really let the team down. Celtics seem to be Kyries kryptonite, he's lost 11 in a row to them.
