I wasnt so sure about you cutting the springs until I saw the results, The stance and the colour of the rims is so spot on it's a real cracking job! Showing the cut off coils made into the AUDI Rings really made me smile could make them some garage art. 😀
To be honest, neither was I until after I researched online and was saw it was a common thing to do (only with the correct spring type) But it really But it really mad the stance of the car just right. Not keen on the nose down look. Garage Art 🤔

Could have been a proper lowering kit the way that spring chop worked out - looks great! You should definitely make the 4 rings into some garage art as suggested by someone above... Perhaps encase in resin with a backlight! 👍👍
Great channel. love watching all the content on the audi, i have one audi aupe 2.3 e 76.000 miles, been doing up bit here and there, trying to sort the cowl at the moment, seem to have water getting in from there some where.keep up the videos its been helping me out alot, as i am not that great with cars lol.
That's great thanks. I have water ingress on the passengers side which I'll have to look into. Check for the drain channels being clear at the extreme edges of the underbonnet scuttle panel where the fuse box and wipers sit.
Hi yes looked at them, they seem ok, but the skuttle panel looks like it has lifted alittl, and at the bottom of the windscreen the seal is a bit worse for were lol,i will try some sealent on it see if that helps, and i had to replay the seal at the bottom of the pollen filter, it had disintegrated,the water was getting under that and doing down the blower,making the passenger floor soaking wet,sealed that up, now looking at the door seal lol, i think the door has dropped alittle so need to get my mate to see if he can lift it alittle, think water has been coming in there too,the joys lol,@@garageofdad
