Being great at something gives you an edge, but it doesn't automatically mean you can teach others. Judging from her interactions with the kids and the videos though, she seems to do very well and is a fun teacher.
Her voice is butter, silk, liquid gold. She is so pretty and pure. She reminds me of my daughter. She is completely herself and she is absolutely comfortable being who she is. Damn!!!!

No dancing or dancers, no T&A hanging out of your clothes, no makeup or fancy hairstyling. Deana’s with staying power and the kind of singer that would be timeless and wouldn’t sell out to people or the music industry. Her lower register is smooth and full and she can still hit those higher notes. She is absolutely fantastic.

I was really impressed by her voice. It's no surprise that she teaches singing for her profession, because her breath support is fantastic. She makes things that take huge support feel light and effortless, to such an extent that it's mind-boggling. I love the nuance and color that she adds to notes, too. I'm glad to see that she got as far as she did, as she was a joy to listen to.

That is a very good point. A lot of judges on these programmes try to change their contestants and pull them away from their own natural way of performing. This is the perfect example of what happens when you allow a naturally talented person to be themselves. Do you remember Mo from The Voice? He was the same. Pure, raw talent.
